• Login information from email OTP or Google sign-in, including verified email details shared by Google when you choose that login method.
• Delivery information such as recipient name, phone or WhatsApp number, address, pincode, city, and optional location coordinates if you allow location capture.
• Cart and order information such as product IDs, quantities, order notes, coupon code, payment method, delivery mode, totals, order reference, and order history.
• Technical and security information such as session cookie details, user agent, IP address, request metadata, and basic logs needed to run and protect the service.

Some cart and checkout preferences may be stored in your browser local storage so the site can remember your cart and unfinished checkout choices.

Zofoss uses Cloudflare services for hosting, database, storage, and related infrastructure. Zofoss may use email or communication service providers to send transactional messages such as OTPs, order confirmations, and service alerts. If you choose Google sign-in, Google processes your sign-in request according to Google’s own policies.

Cookies and local storage

Zofoss uses a secure session cookie to keep you logged in. The website may also use browser local storage for cart items, checkout preferences, selected address reference, coupon code, order notes, and similar convenience data.

You may clear cookies or local storage from your browser settings, but doing so may log you out or remove saved cart and checkout preferences from that browser.

Data retention
